Refund policy

Unwanted products

If you wish to return any goods to us you must email Customer Service, if the return is approved we will send you a returns note, please be advised that the cost of returning any product will your responsibility. Only goods which have been approved for return may be returned to us, goods which are returned without pre-approval will not be credited, and may be disposed of.


- thebargainbox does NOT accept the return of any non-stocked items. Unwanted Products,  Wrongly or over ordered items are non-returnable.


- If within 7 days of delivery the Customer finds they have over ordered/stocked with any
STOCKED items, thebargainbox at its sole discretion may accept the return of warehouse stocked items.
- If accepted by thebargainbox a refund will be raised on inspection of the returned Products on
condition that the following criteria have been met:
o The Products are returned safely and securely wrapped in a resellable condition
appropriately packed in their original unopened and undamaged packaging with
no marks.
o A copy of the Returns note is attached to the
packaging.
o Products must be returned to thebargainbox, at the Customers cost, within 21 days of
authorisation.
o It is advisable to use a returns shipping method that requires a signature upon
delivery, since proof of sending will not constitute proof of receipt of any returned
item.
Note: A 30% restocking and handling fee will apply and be deducted from the credit note issued.

Transit Damage

In the unlikely event of any goods which show any sign of Transit Damage, please sign for the delivery as “DAMAGED” and report to info@thebargainbox.co.uk within 5 working days. Please do not reject the delivery as this will cause more courier charges and let us know.

If, once unpacked, there are any damaged items please inform us immediately and we will endeavor to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If you can, please send a picture of the damage. It helps us resolve the problem more quicker. 

Upon delivery it is your responsibility to check the goods, any alleged defect, shortage, fault, or error must be reported within 5 working days, and before the products are used or fitted.

Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Deliveries are made via trusted couriers or pallet services depending on the size and weight of the item. Delivery times may vary based on location, but most orders are delivered within 1–2 working days. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for pallet shipments, as failed or refused deliveries may incur additional charges.
